The cutting is done on HOMAG SAWTEQ B-300 panel saws. We use only reputable LEUCO and LEITZ saw blades and LEITZ DIAMOND scorers. The office is equipped with software with the option of cutting optimization, which reduces waste.
Edge banding
Edge banding with EVA (ethylene-vinyl acetate) glue in transparent or white color, thanks to which the glue is not visible on the finished form.
The edges are processed by an advanced HOMAG edgebander, model EDGETEQ S-380, which was installed in November 2022. Equipped with all the necessary units, including: pre-milling with diamond heads, corner rounding and adhesive fluids.
