Lead time

The duration of the production of varnished elements is up to 30 working days from the date of placing and paying for the order. During the pre-holiday periods, the production time may be extended due to the huge number of orders. We try to make our production as fast as possible - if the waiting time is shortened, we let you know. Early delivery or free storage is then possible.

Finished products such as handles, color samples and fronts are sent within 3-5 working days, if they are in stock. If we are talking about samples of colors from outside the collection - the delivery time is about a week.

Delivery costs

Delivery costs are conditioned by the size of the order and the delivery address. Handles, color samples and fronts are the cost of packaging and shipping from 10 euros.
Furniture fronts and shelves cost from 200 euros for packaging and shipping.

We deliver our products throughout the EU by courier companies or dedicated forwarding transports, from Monday to Friday, except for public holidays.

Samples and handles can be ordered straight to the parcel locker or by courier with delivery to the door. We send fronts packed on pallets or by dedicated transport. In this case, the courier company delivers the order to the indicated shipping address, but there is no obligation to bring the goods to the house or apartment, so please take care of the receipt of the shipment.

Each shipment must be checked for any damage during transport. In the event of damage, an appropriate report should be written in the presence of the courier and the parcel should not be collected. Please inform us immediately about the situation. We hope that will not be the case.
